EVENT ACCESS:

Electronic tickets are REQUIRED for all general parking, patrons, and tent guests. NO CASH sales at the gate. Additional tickets and parking MUST be purchased online before arrival. NO re-entry without repurchase of patron & parking tickets. Reserved Railside and Second Row Space Holders will receive a parking hanger for their vehicles after February 7, 2025.

Friday ONLY Railside and Second Row Tailgate Tent Setup is available for a $50 donation. Reserved Railside and Second Row Space holders may set up their tailgate between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Space holders are required to enter through the RED GATE and show proof of donation or pay $50 cash at the gate to set up. Gates will close to the facility at 6 p.m. Tent Setup Donations can be made through the Aiken Steeplechase Office before March 19.

RACE DAY RULES:

• Gates to all infield parking will close at 12:00 p.m. and not reopen until after the last race at 4:20 p.m.
• ELECTRONIC TICKETS are REQUIRED and will be scanned at all gates. Once a ticket is scanned it cannot be scanned a second time for entry.
• No re-entry without repurchase of Patron & General Parking Tickets.
• No pets, drones, generators, or glassware.
• No personal restroom facilities.
• No personal golf carts.
• No political signage.
• Tents are permitted, but must not be larger than 10’ x 10’ and placed 5’ back from the racecourse rail.
• Vehicles over 12’ high are not permitted in railside tailgate spaces.
• Disruptive and obnoxious behavior is cause for expulsion from the grounds and permanent loss of space.
• Zero tolerance for underage consumption and/or excessive consumption of alcohol.
• Ticket holder assumes all risk of personal injury, damage to or loss of property associated with the event.
